We had a great day for a drive out to Lampasas. A group from South Austin met up with a group from North Austin at the court house square. There was a Market Day event in progress when we arrived with vendors showing their crafts and foods.
We were given a tour of the Lampasas Courthouse which included a visit to the clock tower to see the inner workings of the clock. We dined locally in restaurants right around the square. After eating we met up with Andy Fish for a fascinating tour of his car collection. Each car had a story about its origin and what made it so special. Andy was a wealth of information and memorabilia and Lampasas and racing.
